Shipping & Handling

Our warehouses are fully equipped to process and ship orders within 2 business days. With streamlined logistics and an experienced crew, we prioritize accuracy, speed, and product safety at every step. From careful packing to trusted shipping partners, we work hard to make sure your orders arrive quickly and in excellent condition.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total to provide the most accurate pricing possible. In rare cases where the shipping calculator may be inaccurate, we reserve the right to contact you regarding any additional shipping charges before your order is processed.

International Orders

For international orders and orders outside of the contiguous United States, please contact our customer service team at support@kilncor.com for a shipping quote before placing your order.

If the order has already been placed, our team will reach out to you via email with an up-to-date shipping quote. If the shipping quote is not approved by the customer, we will happily refund the order for you.

International customers will be responsible for all duties, tariff's and fees incurred once the package reaches your international address. Our shipping quotes are for shipping only.

Returns

We offer a 30 day return policy for eligible products, provided customers contact us prior to initiating any return. We do not accept broken or damaged items as returns. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper packaging and sufficient cushioning so items arrive safely at our returns department. We reserve the right to approve or refuse return requests at our discretion to protect product quality and handling standards.

Broken Items

If you receive a broken or damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can assist you. All damage claims must be reported within 3 days of the tracking number showing the order as delivered. Prompt notification allows us to properly review the issue and determine the best resolution. Claims submitted outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
