We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier and delivery method for all orders. The shipping company used is at our discretion to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

Large Orders & Pallet Delivery

For larger or heavier orders, we may use a freight or pallet delivery service at our discretion. If pallet delivery is required, additional coordination may be necessary to complete delivery.

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier, and order size. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 3 days. We will work with you to review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution. Providing photos of the damaged item and packaging may be required.
